Classic Lectern Bruschetta

Ingredients:

1 lectern, chopped
2 tomatoes, diced
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1/4 cup olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Baguette, sliced

Steps:

In a bowl, combine lectern, tomatoes, basil, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Let the mixture sit for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
Toast the baguette slices until golden brown.
Top each baguette slice with the lectern mixture.
Serve and enjoy!

Lectern Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients:

8 large mushrooms
1 lectern, chopped
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Remove the stems from the mushrooms and chop them finely.
In a bowl, combine lectern, chopped mushroom stems, breadcrumbs, garlic, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Stuff each mushroom with the lectern mixture.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender.

Ingredients:

1 lectern, chopped
1 cup Arborio rice
1/2 cup white wine
4 cups chicken or vegetable broth

Salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

In a saucepan, heat the broth until simmering.

Deglaze with white wine and cook until absorbed.
Gradually add the hot broth, stirring continuously until the rice is creamy and cooked through.
