Ingredients:

6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon mustard
1/4 cup chopped celery
Salt and pepper to taste
Sliced bread of your choice
Lettuce leaves

Steps:

In a bowl, combine the chopped eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, celery, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Spread the egg salad mixture on one slice of bread.
Top with lettuce leaves and another slice of bread.
Cut the sandwich in half and serve.

Gourmet Truffle Egg Sandwich

Ingredients:

4 eggs
1 tablespoon truffle oil
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 slices of sourdough bread
Arugula leaves
Butter

Steps:

In a bowl, whisk the eggs with truffle oil and Parmesan cheese.
