Classic Oreo Cheesecake

Ingredients:

– 24 Oreo cookies
– 1/4 cup melted butter
– 24 oz cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup sugar
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 4 eggs
– 1/2 cup sour cream
– 1/2 cup crushed Oreo cookies
– Whipped cream and additional Oreo cookies for garnish

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
2. Crush 24 Oreo cookies in a food processor and mix with melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in sour cream and crushed Oreo cookies.
4. Pour mixture over crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
