Classic Chicken Cashew Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

Cashew Chicken

1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 cup cashews
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp cornstarch
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Set aside.
Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned on all sides.
Remove chicken from skillet and set aside. Add garlic, bell peppers, and onion to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender.

Instructions:
