Classic Shrimp Scampi Pasta

Ingredients:

– 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 8 oz linguine pasta
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– 1/4 cup white wine
– 1/4 cup chicken broth
– 2 tbsp lemon juice
– 2 tbsp butter
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:

1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove shrimp from skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
4. Add white wine, chicken broth, and lemon juice to the skillet. Bring to a simmer and let cook for 2-3 minutes.
5. Stir in butter until melted. Add shrimp back to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
6. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
7. Serve shrimp scampi pasta hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Cajun Shrimp Pasta

– 1 red bell pepper, sliced
– 1 green bell pepper, sliced
– 1 onion, sliced
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Olive oil
– Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:

1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove shrimp from skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add bell peppers, onion, and garlic. Sauté until vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Add heavy cream and Cajun seasoning to the skillet. Bring to a simmer and let cook for 2-3 minutes.
