Classic Grilled Salmon with Lemon and Dill

Ingredients:

4 salmon fillets
2 lemons, sliced
2 tablespoons of fresh dill, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil

Instructions:

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Brush salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Place lemon slices on top of each fillet and sprinkle with dill.
Grill salmon for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
Serve hot with a side of roasted vegetables or a fresh salad.

Asian-Inspired Glazed Salmon

Ingredients:

4 salmon fillets
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 cloves of garlic, minced

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F.
In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and garlic.
Place salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and glazed.

Ingredients:

12 large mushrooms, stems removed
4 oz smoked salmon, chopped
4 oz cream cheese, softened
