Classic Spaghetti Carbonara

Ingredients:

Pasta Carbonara

8 oz spaghetti
4 slices bacon, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 large eggs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and black pepper, to taste

Steps:

Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Add garlic and cook for another minute.
In a small bowl, whisk together eggs, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet with bacon and garlic. Remove from heat and quickly stir in the egg mixture. The heat from the pasta will cook the eggs and create a creamy sauce.
Serve immediately with additional Parmesan cheese and black pepper on top.

Carbonara Stuffed Chicken Breast

Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup cooked spaghetti carbonara
1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Salt and black pepper, to taste

Steps:

Preheat oven to 375°F.
Cut a pocket into each chicken breast, being careful not to cut all the way through.
Stuff each chicken breast with cooked spaghetti carbonara and mozzarella cheese.
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and breadcrumbs are golden brown.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Carbonara Pizza

Ingredients:

1 pre-made pizza crust
1/2 cup cooked spaghetti carbonara
1/2 cup grated fontina cheese
1/4 cup chopped cooked bacon
1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
Red pepper flakes, to taste

Steps:

Preheat oven to 425°F.
Spread cooked spaghetti carbonara evenly on the pizza crust.
Sprinkle fontina cheese, chopped bacon, and red pepper flakes on top.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and crust is crispy.
Garnish with chopped chives before serving.
