Delicious Yakisoba Recipe: A Flavorful Japanese Stir-Fry

Classic Yakisoba Recipe

Ingredients:

1 package yakisoba noodles
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 onion, sliced
1 carrot, julienned
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 cup cabbage, shredded
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Boil the yakisoba noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
Add onion, carrot, bell pepper, and cabbage. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender-crisp.
Add the cooked noodles to the pan.
Drizzle soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar over the noodles. Season with salt and pepper.
Stir-fry everything together until well combined and heated through.
