Classic Keto Shrimp Scampi

Ingredients:

1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp butter
1/4 cup white wine
1/4 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Remove shrimp from skillet and set aside.
Deglaze the skillet with white wine and chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom.
Simmer until sauce has reduced slightly, then add shrimp back to the skillet.
Stir in parsley and season with salt and pepper.
