Classic Mee Hoon Kueh Recipe

Ingredients:

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 egg
1/2 cup water
1 tsp salt

Steps:

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Make a well in the center and crack the egg into it.
Slowly add water while mixing until a dough forms.
Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough thinly and cut into strips. Tear the strips into irregular pieces.

Steps:
