Ingredients:

1 mudu of flour
1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of butter
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of baking powder
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup of milk
Oil for frying

Steps:

Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Add the eggs and milk, and mix until a dough forms.
