2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups grated carrots
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup crushed pineapple
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
2 eggs

1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
