Classic Chawanmushi Recipe

Ingredients:

4 large eggs
2 cups dashi stock
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp mirin
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup cooked shrimp, diced
1/2 cup cooked chicken, diced
1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
