Zongzi Recipe: Sticky Rice Dumplings

Ingredients:

– 1 1/2 cups glutinous rice
– 1/2 cup dried shiitake mushrooms, soaked and diced
– 1/2 cup dried shrimp, soaked
– 1/4 cup bamboo shoots, diced
– 1/4 cup Chinese sausage, diced
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
– 1 teaspoon sugar
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Bamboo leaves, soaked in hot water

Steps:

1. Soak the glutinous rice in water for at least 4 hours or overnight.
